you want Adobe Media Player. it runs on Adobe Air, so you have to install that first.

all kinds of the latest training. not all the videos work, so use the catalog. some of them are 1 minute techniques. saves a LOT of money on keeping up to date. hope this helps. Normally you would have to pay for these training videos or pay for a training seminar or go to Adobe MAX conference!
