[ Fear & Doubt ] [ Bear up the weak ] [ Have Hope ]
HEB 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of
faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water.
HEB 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of
our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
HEB
10:35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence
of reward.
PHI 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in
lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
PHI 2:4
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of
others.
PHI 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ
Jesus:
PHI 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to
be equal with God:
PHI 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took
upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
PHI
2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became
obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
TIT 2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be
sober minded .
TIT 2:2 That the aged men
be sober, grave ,
temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
CO1 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
ROM 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
PE2 3:1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both
which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
PE2 3:2 That ye
may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and
of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
PE1 5:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
PE1 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm
yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh
hath ceased from sin;
PE1 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of
his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
PE1 3:8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of
another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
PE1 3:9 Not
rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing;
knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
PE1
3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his
tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
PE1 3:11 Let
him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
JAM 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
JAM 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
HEB 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
HEB 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from
whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
HEB
11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly:
wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for
them a city.
HEB 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
PHM 1:13 Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might
have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:
PHM 1:14 But
without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were
of necessity, but willingly.
TIT 3:1 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to
obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
TIT 3:2 To speak evil
of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
TIT 2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
TI2 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and
of love, and of a sound mind.
TI2 1:8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of
the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the
afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
TI2 1:4 Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that I may be filled with joy;
TI1 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
TH1 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever
follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
TH1
5:16 Rejoice evermore.
TH1 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for
this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
TH1 5:20
Despise not prophesyings.
TH1 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that
which is good.
TH1 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
COL 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
COL 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
PHI 3:12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already
perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am
apprehended of Christ Jesus.
PHI 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to
have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are
behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
PHI 3:14
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ
Jesus.
PHI 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus
minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this
unto you.
PHI 3:16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let
us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
PHI 2:2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
PHI 1:27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
EPH 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old
man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
EPH 4:23 And be
renewed in the spirit of your mind;
EPH 4:24 And that ye put on the new
man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
EPH
4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his
neighbour: for we are members one of another.
EPH 4:26 Be ye angry, and
sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
EPH 4:27 Neither give
place to the devil.
EPH 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
CO2 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort,
be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with
you.
CO2 13:12 Greet one another with an holy kiss.
CO2 13:13
All the saints salute you.
CO2 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus
Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you
all. Amen.
CO2 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
CO2 7:7 And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.
CO1 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
ROM 15:2 Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to
edification.
ROM 15:3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it
is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
ROM
15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our
learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have
hope.
ROM 15:5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be
likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
ROM 15:6 That
ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ.
LUK 12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you,
Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye
shall put on.
LUK 12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is
more than raiment.
LUK 12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow
nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much
more are ye better than the fowls?
LUK 12:25 And which of you with
taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
LUK 12:26 If ye then
be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the
rest?
LUK 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they
spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed
like one of these.
LUK 12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is
to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he
clothe you, O ye of little faith?
LUK 12:29 And seek not ye what ye
shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
LUK
12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and
your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
LUK 12:31 But
rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto
you.
LUK 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good
pleasure to give you the kingdom.
LUK 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give
alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that
faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
LUK
12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
LUK
12:35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
LUK
12:36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he
will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open
unto him immediately.
LUK 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the
lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall
gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve
them.
LUK 12:38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in
the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
Fear & Doubt
PSA 56:3 What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
ACT 27:24 Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.
LUK 12:29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink,
neither be ye of doubtful mind.
LUK 12:30 For all these things do the
nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of
these things.
LUK 12:31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all
these things shall be added unto you.
LUK 12:32 Fear not, little flock;
for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
LUK
12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax
not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth,
neither moth corrupteth.
LUK 12:34 For where your treasure is, there
will your heart be also.
LUK 12:6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of
them is forgotten before God?
LUK 12:7 But even the very hairs of your
head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many
sparrows.
LUK 5:9 For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the
draught of the fishes which they had taken:
LUK 5:10 And so was also
James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus
said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.
LUK 1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
LUK 1:11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on
the right side of the altar of incense.
LUK 1:12 And when Zacharias saw
him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
LUK 1:13 But the angel
said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife
Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.
MAT 28:3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as
snow:
MAT 28:4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as
dead men.
MAT 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear
not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
MAT 28:6 He
is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord
lay.
MAT 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
MAT 28:3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
ZEC 8:13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
JOE 2:21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.
JER 46:27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
ISA 41:14 Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
ISA 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
ISA 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.
Bear up the weak
TH1 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another,
even as also ye do.
TH1 5:14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them
that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward
all men.
ROM 15:1 We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities
of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
Have Hope
PE1 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope
to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of
Jesus Christ;
