If you choose the burnable CD ISO image file and burn it to a cd (not as a file, but as an ISO image!), you can insert the cd and choose to run the full package from the cdrom, which takes the least work, or install it, which takes the most work.
to install it, the install manager must run (preferably while the cd is in), and you must left-double-click the books you want to install on the left side (available books side) to get them over to the right side (installed side). the sides are labelled, so just read. you must turn on the features you want, such as strong's numbers, morphological codes, lemmas, and the like.
To install The Sword Project, choose "install", minimize the browser that pops up, and you will see an install manager. The install manager must run while the cd is in, and you must left-double-click the books you want to install on the left side (available books side) to get them over to the right side (installed side). the sides are labelled, so just read.

after all your selections have appeared on the right side and the cd stops whirring, close the install manager.
Once you have the program installed, the King James version is the only version that has the strong's numbers in it. you must turn on the features you want, such as strong's numbers, morphological codes, lemmas, and the like. Turn Strong's Numbers on (Options|Strong's Numbers|On) and Morphology - generally you want this off (Options|Morphological Tags|Off). There are big buttons for some of those.
I wish the installation wasn't so hard for English-speaking folk. At a minimum the program installs the King James Bible with Strong's concordance and maybe Matthew Henry's commentary, so If you are having difficulty installing all this stuff, you will have something. The parallel bible you must right-click and select up to 3 versions.
