These updates apply to all versions of windows after and including windows 2000.
Download Note: do not download these files with Mozilla Firefox or IE without some sort of special download manager. IE cannot download a file larger than 4GiB (4,294,967,296 bytes or 4295.0MB) (it gives you an HTTP header error immediately and won't let you download) and both IE and Firefox cannot download a file larger than 2GiB (2,147,483,648 bytes or 2147.5MB) without truncating it (chopping it off). a Firefox or other browser on UNIX I am told can download the files without a problem.
