Overview

for someone like me who works a lot with XML and spends a lot of time putting URLs into attributes, or text into XML and needs to properly encode into XML, and needs to be constantly reminded what characters need to be converted. SO I am putting this utility out here for you web designers, web developers, and programmers out there. This does the work for you.

There is a DOS version, windows command-line version (32-bit and 64-bit), and a gui version (32-bit and 64-bit). The windows cmd-line versions require the DLLs.

Downloads

right click and save target as if that is what your browser supports (firefox, IE) rather than clicking on the download button. I don't know the technique yet for making a download download rather then execute. unless, of course, you want to open it after downloading.
