Autoit3, djgpp, and MinGW compiled executables with sources [auto-it3 32+64bit, DOS 32-bit, windows 32+64-bit]), javascript, and perl/Tk version.

This program generates fairly decent robust passwords for those times when you can't think of one. A minimum of 2 digits is inserted.

Auto-it is a basic-like GUI compiler. it generates VERY tight code (206K for this program) and requires no installers to run. The program is available in Perl (requires Perl::Tk), C++ (DOS 32-bit and Windows 32-bit command-line), a GUI written in Auto-it3 (Windows 32-bit), and JavaScript, as a single pwdgen.zip which includes executeables and source.
